Dr Elizabeth Nassem is a researcher in school bullying and anti-bullying consultant in the Centre for the Study and Practice in Education, at Birmingham City University.
She has a Doctorate in Education, in which she examined where bullying exists in children’s everyday experiences of school. Elizabeth designs and implements pupil-led anti-bullying initiatives. She has developed a mentoring programme for pupils who persistently engage in bullying, to help them to refrain from bullying and behave more respectfully. She provides training on how to understand and resolve bullying. Elizabeth has written articles about bullying for academics, school practitioners and the media.
I have joined the advisory group to collaborate with others to combat bullying effectively.
