Join the Anti-Bullying Alliance as we celebrate 10 years working
as a coalition to address all forms of bullying between children
and young people. Help us to celebrate the considerable
distance travelled - with Anti-Bullying week now a key event in the
school calendar.
Hear key notes on the latest trends relating to bullying and
cutting edge research on how we can continue to make a difference
in the lives of children and young people. Take part in workshops
with experts in the field where you can learn new perspectives and
skills. Join in lively debate on privacy v control in the lives of
children and young people as we consider the use of digital
technology to intervene in cyberbullying.
Latest news: Maggie Atkinson, Children's Commissioner for
England to chair the event. Key speakers currently include
Colleen McLaughlin and Philippa Stobbs on the ABA and University of
Cambridge research into the bullying of children with special
educational needs and disabilities.
Afternoon debate includes Dr Sonia Livingstone, Dr Peter Smith,
Dr Katherine Rake (Family and Parenting Institute) and Nick Pickles
(Big Brother Watch).
